Acceptance:
By purchasing products and/or services from this Site, you agree to be bound by and accept this Agreement. Orders are not binding upon J Sound Services until orders are accepted by J Sound Services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. J Sound Services will indicate its acceptance of an order by acknowledging your order by reply email or by shipping the ordered items to you.

Payment:
Internet orders may be paid for using the following methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All non-credit-card orders are subject to our discretion for approval and will require a deposit. Cash payments will not be accepted via mail.

Pricing:
Because prices, product descriptions and availability can change quickly, J Sound Services does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the Site. Also, J Sound Services may make changes to the information contained herein, including to the products and prices described in the site, at any time, without prior notice to you (including after you have submitted your order). Information at this Site is periodically updated, but it may not be current or complete at the moment you visit this Site and may contain errors or inaccuracies. In no event shall J Sound Services or its service or product providers be liable to you in any manner whatsoever for any decision made by you, or for any act or failure to act by you, in reliance upon information provided at this Site. If a product you purchase does not match the description on the Site, as your sole and exclusive remedy you may return the product, unused, and subject to the return policy, to J Sound Services and receive a refund of your purchase price.

Prices are updated frequently, however, discrepancies may still arise. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If an items correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower price and ship the order. Placing items in your cart does not reserve the current prices shown at that time.

Warranty:
All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Please refer to your products enclosed literature (if applicable) for warranty details.

Returns:
J Sound Services accepts returns made within 30 days of the shipment. You may receive a full refund for the product purchase price, exchange or credit for items returned which are defective or unopened or unused within 30 days of the shipping date. If the product is not defective there will be a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner’s manual and show no signs of wear or abuse. Should these criteria not be met, the return will be refused.

Shipping & Handling:
Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on your order form. We will make every attempt to ship the same day orders that are received before 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries.
J Sound Services assumes no responsibility for loss or damages incurred from shipping. Although, we will make every effort to help the customer resolve such issues should they arise.

Taxes:
If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on the invoice.
